Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The app

The app is a workout log for iPhone and Apple Watch that works entirely offline. It is sold as a one-time purchase on the App Store, with no subscription and no ads.

Purchases, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Your data

Your data is stored only on your devices and in your own iCloud. We cannot access, back up or recover it. Keeping a backup, such as iCloud sync or the in-app export, is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or resell the app.

6. Updates and support

Grx Labs is not obliged to support or update the app indefinitely. For now, all future updates are included in the price you paid.

We may change this policy at any time and charge for future versions. The version you bought and earlier versions will never be charged again and will remain available under Apple and iOS policies.

7. Health

The app does not replace medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Grx Labs is not liable for injuries, data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights of your country of residence.
